Mabuhay Palace Restaurant in Manila Hotel
One Rizal Park, Manila 0913
Metro Manila, Philippines
Mabuhay Palace deftly balances tradition and innovation to present a uniquely luxurious take on authentic Cantonese cuisine. Often called a culinary imperial palace by its patrons, each dish in its extensive menu is carefully conceptualized and created to please the most discerning palates.
Exuding majesty and opulence at every turn, the main dining area is enveloped in rich hues of bright red, orange, and gold with chinoiserie carved Chinese dividers, and panels padded with dragon-pattern fabric and glass.
As befits its imperial name, the Mabuhay Palace’s walls are also adorned with hand-crafted panels made of jade and precious stones which narrate the tale of the philosopher Confucius, opulent art works that took a family of artisans two decades to complete.
The restaurant can seat up to 200 guests and has four private rooms perfect for intimate dinners, meeting, and private parties.
The Mabuhay Palace is open for lunch from 11AM to 3PM and for dinner from 6PM to 10:30PM.
