The entire Fiesta Pavilion will be blocked off for an organizer only if the minimum guarantee reaches eight hundred (800) persons. A rental charge of twelve thousand pesos (12,000.00php NET) per hour will apply for reservations less than this stipulated number but requiring the whole Fiesta Pavilion.

Two halls of the Fiesta Pavilion will be blocked off for an organizer only if the minimum guarantee reaches five hundred (500) persons. A rental fee of twelve thousand pesos (12,000.00php NET) per hour will apply for reservations less than this stipulated number.

For shows only, room rental for the entire Fiesta Pavilion is one hundred thousand pesos (100,00.00php NET) per hour for the first three (3) hours and fifty thousand pesos (50,000.00php) on succeeding hours.
